A Little Breather

We are all bombarded with the stress we get from the news, 

from financial fears, 

from being stuck, for some, inside small spaces with family members who might not enjoy the 24/7 "togetherness".

Many feel bored or isolated.

And we end up watching endless streams of movies & tv shows, lose ourselves in endless video games, spend hours upon hours on FB and other sites. 

But this doesn't bring us inner peace.  It doesn't instil the much needed levels of calm necessary at such stressful times.

So take a Break.

Take a little mental breather.

Slow down the mental chatter.

Reconnect with your breath.

If you can't get outside to feel the sunshine & the wind,

if you aren't able to spend some time in nature, 

use these little video breaks. 

You'll be glad you did.
