Every entry must be accompanied by a completed entry form.

 

Please fill out the form neatly with all information, student & parent signature and title/info of your entry.

 

Your Artists Statement is very important and often can be the detail that takes an entry from being considered to actually winning.  Be sure to explain in your statement how the THEME influenced your entry.

Please secure your completed entry form to the back of your entry (or as per instructions for that category) before handing in to the office or emailing to Vicki Gill.  Good luck & have fun!
